The Keys Program is an easy to use database for businesses to keep track of keys for building, offices or vehicles that are issued to employees or other individuals. The program will keep a complete and permanent record of exactly who had what keys and when they had them. It is intended to help prevent the accidental loss of keys by keeping key holders accountable, and to keep a record of who had access to locked spaces and vehicles for security purposes in the event of a theft or other incident. Extensive on line documentation and context sensitive help is included.
